HOW TO USE For traditional-style exfoliation, begin with a comfortably warm bath or shower and allow your skin to soften in the warm, humid environment for approximately 5–10 minutes. You may wash your body first, but rinse away soap or body wash before exfoliating. Wet the mitt, squeeze out excess water and slip it over your hand. Gently massage your softened skin using slow strokes. Do not scrub aggressively. You may notice small rolls or flakes of dead skin lifting from the surface; visible exfoliation varies from person to person. After exfoliating, rinse your body thoroughly and continue your normal bath or shower routine. Apply your preferred moisturizer afterward if desired. Recommended use: 2–3 times per week, depending on your skin and how it responds.
