Ahsen Toys - Shipping Policy

1. Processing Time (Preparation) Each of our amigurumi dolls is meticulously handcrafted.

  • Custom & Look-alike Dolls: Please allow 7–8 business days for your order to be created and prepared for shipment.

  • Ready-to-Ship Items: These are processed within 1–3 business days. You will receive a notification with a tracking number as soon as your order is dispatched.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates We ship worldwide from our workshop in Istanbul, Turkey.

  • Standard International Shipping: Estimated delivery is 7–10 business days after the processing time.

  • Express Shipping: Estimated delivery is 2–4 business days via reliable carriers (DHL, FedEx, or UPS). Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.

3. Special Note for United States Customers We offer a "No Surprise Fees" guarantee for our US-based buyers.

  • We ship to the United States on a DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) basis.

  • This means we handle all customs documentation and pre-pay all import duties and taxes on your behalf.

  • You will not be asked to pay any additional fees upon delivery. The price at checkout is final.

4. International Shipping (Non-US) For orders outside of the United States, please note that your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Ahsen Toys is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are the responsibility of the customer.

5. Tracking Your Order Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become active.

6. Wrong Address & Undelivered Packages Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the buyer. If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, the buyer will be responsible for the re-shipping costs.
